Our latest booklet 'Supporting mental health for men - a workbook and guide' is out now with lots of information about men's mental health and tips to help.

While there has been a long-held belief that men suffer less than women with their mental health, men actually report lower levels of life satisfaction than women and are three times more likely to complete suicide. There is clearly much to be done to improve the mental health of our men and boys.
